I had a wonderful experience at the Tamarind. The owners were sincere and welcoming, making every effort to accommodate my needs. They prepared a lush breakfast themselves, which added a special touch to my stay. I appreciated their friendliness and the overall warm atmosphere created by the staff. It felt great to be greeted upon arrival and to have such attentive service throughout my visit.
No complaints 😊.

I had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was handy short walk to a good area, sea front and the winter gardens. The staff were welcoming and polite, you should know it. Local fast food option Palma Cafe was 5 minutes walk away.

The parking situation was a complete mess. After paying for it at check-in, I ended up with a ticket on my car. The staff had no clue and even gave me a poorly scrawled note instead of a proper permit. Total nightmare!

Spent one night at the Double Room with Private Bathroom. The room featured nice tea and coffee facilities and a tv. It had a dim light from the energy-saving bulb, made it hard to do my makeup. The bathroom was well-lit, a relief. The staff was helpful and even upgraded my room for us to check in earlier than expected. This generosity. On the downside, I noticed the air quality could improve, as some areas felt slightly musty. A few minor adjustments would really enhance the stay, especially regarding lighting and air freshness.

central location, themed room decor, cozy outdoor seating
Upon entering, the corridors felt stifling hot, reflecting poor ventilation. The outdated decor looks as though it hasn't been touched in years, and it definitely impacts the overall experience!!!

Had the best time munching on hot sandwiches and discovering local gems like Lucky House for some banging Chinese! The family room was spot on, heaps of space for the kids to roll around, and those bunk beds? Total hit! Plus, the breakfast options were a feast fit for champions!
But not gonna lie, the room had some major issues. It was a right mess with black mould and flies buzzing around. Tried to get moved but no luck. The bathroom was grim, smelling of urine, and we left feeling itchy and unsettled. Had to bail early because it was just not acceptable.
